Eula Givens lived at Rose Care from October 1999 until her death in December 2000. Due to understaffing at Rose Care Mrs/ Givens suffered 10 separate pressure sores, chronic urinary tract infections, blood and urine infections, malnutrition, and a 41-pound weight loss. She died in December 2000 of a urinary tract infection.
