Margaret Ounan Boyle, an Alzheimer's patient at high risk for wandering entered Quadrangle On November 3, 2005. A day later she fell, striking her head, knees and left arm. Later that day she was diagnosed with severe head trauma and bleeding in her brain. She died the next morning.
